Friend of the blog Nadezhda reports that actress Christina Ricci has purchased a lovely little
townhouse in Fort Greene, hard by the BQE. Over at BTB, we've been a big fan of Christina's since her appearance as Wednesday in the Addams Family movies in the 90s.

That's a steal at only two mil. The discerning purchaser must have especially liked the way the realtor has "staged" the bedroom with the fake fireplace/portal that would look through to the next room had a mirror not been jammed into it, brilliantly reflecting those very contemporary rolls of... what's the polite term... toilet tissue? graffiti wipes?
